Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund once the order has shipped.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

VANTRELLESON is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not covered by us.
